Kevin and Evan trade bodies in ToneFrance's 'The Twin Switch-Up!'

A day-old short called "He's making a fortune!" is the quickest thing on ToneFrance right now, gathering views faster than anything else on the channel. Close behind it sits the week's one longform episode, "The Twin Switch-Up! | ToneFrance & Friends," which has passed 200,000 views in three days.

That episode borrows a classic comedy premise. Kevin and Evan, the twins at the center of so many ToneFrance sketches, wake up in each other's lives. The description promises the swap goes badly: each twin makes a mess of the other's day, the whole friend group turns on itself, and somewhere in the chaos the brothers may find they have more in common than they thought.

The shorts had a running story of their own. It started with "He smells awful!" and moved through "Hygiene is important!" before landing on "He smells good? FINALLY!", the most watched upload of the week. Its comments are mostly a writers' room for part three, and most of the pitches involve Levin somehow getting GTA 6 for Evan, from paying Rockstar a fortune to getting handed Animal Crossing instead. Others are simply relieved that Evan showered, and a few have noticed his new hair.

Ten uploads went up in all, and the channel gained about 10,000 subscribers. Daily views are running somewhat below their usual pace. Among the comedy sketch channels closest to its size, dinocornel and INAFISH drew the biggest crowds this week, and ToneFrance landed in the lower half, with about eight million views.
