A lost challenge, a blue Cam the Builder, and a comment section that sees a Smurf

His newest short drew more than 120,000 views on its first day, and many of the comments under it double as birthday cards.

Cam Huff calls himself Cam the Builder, a man who likes to build and sometimes destroy. This week the thing that got wrecked was his own dignity. "I Lost The Challenge In Case You Couldn't Tell… 😭🦺👷🏼" was the week's most watched upload, and its first day brought in more than 120,000 views.

The title keeps the challenge itself a secret, and so do the comments. One of the most liked simply asks what he lost. What viewers can see is the result: comment after comment says he came out of it blue. Some call him a Smurf, one names Brainy Smurf in particular, others think of Avatar, and someone was rolling at an "I'm blue" line. Mixed in among the jokes are plenty of birthday wishes for Cam.

The other two uploads belong to a running game: "Who Made The BEST Noise??" and "Who Made The Funniest Noise??", noise contests on the job site. The Friday entry is the quickest of the week's three right now. The format already has a hit behind it. "Who Had The BEST Sound??", posted thirteen days ago, is close to three million views and still pulls in far more each day than anything newer.

Overall the channel moved more slowly than usual, with daily views well below its normal pace, though it still added about 10,000 subscribers. Among comedy sketch channels of a similar size, dinocornel and INAFISH had the big weeks, Olga Manassyan ran a little above her usual pace, and Toby Stubbs had a quieter one than Cam.
