'How to deal with contractors?': Ben Jr. inspects every scuff for Ben Mallah

The week's main upload passed 230,000 views in four days, and its comment section is mostly about the two Mallah brothers and how differently they handle the subs.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

"How to deal with contractors?" is the newest full upload on Ben Mallah's channel, home of the Florida investor who calls his line of work playing Monopoly for real after more than thirty years in real estate. The title asks the question, and the comments suggest the answer comes from his sons more than from Ben himself.

Viewers keep returning to Ben Jr., who by most accounts walks the property holding workers to account and misses nothing. One running joke offers him a job in quality control. Many compare him with his brother Vincent, who comes across in the comments as the gentler of the two, more inclined to avoid a confrontation. A painter in the audience even weighs in with a long note on cabinet paint, and others wonder aloud whether a third son will one day be trained the same way. It is a family business on camera, and the audience is treating it like one.

The video drew more than 160,000 views on its first day and is now the channel's quickest mover by a wide margin. Behind it, "I bought a 100+ Apartments" and the darkly titled "I'm Buying my Mom a Coffin" are still picking up a few thousand views a day each. The only other upload is a short notice for a live event in Tampa on October 10.

Overall the channel ran slower than its usual pace, with a little under 800,000 views across the seven days. Among the money and business channels closest to its size, that put it fourth for views this week. I Will Teach You To Be Rich and Patrick Boyle drew more, while BiggerPockets and Graham Stephan's show had calmer weeks.
