A sidewalk buried for years, dug out by Spencer and his dad
No new jobs went up, so a four-month-old Wichita dig that took two full days is the video people keep finding.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
The DEEPER WE DUG, the more we couldn't BELIEVE what we found
What do you watch on SB Pressure Washing when nothing new has gone up? Apparently, a sidewalk nobody knew was there.
The channel posted no new videos this week, and the one doing the most work is from early summer. Spencer and his dad spotted a sidewalk in front of a house so completely buried under dirt that it barely looked like a sidewalk. They knocked, offered to dig it out for free, and the homeowner agreed almost at once. What followed, as the description tells it, was two full days of broken concrete, roots grown straight through the cracks, and a turbo nozzle cutting through soil so they could shovel it away. Neighbors kept stopping by, and most of them had no idea a sidewalk ran there at all. The crew even turned up an old driveway and a piece of sidewalk from a house that once stood on the lot.
Close behind is the job for Jeff, who has lived in his house since 1968 and had recently had a stroke. The cleanup was meant to make his front steps safer, and it ran into trouble when the neighbors across the street, paid for the use of their water, wanted the tap shut off before the work was done. That one is past 700,000 views, the most of any video near the top right now.
The channel as a whole drew a little more than its usual daily views, and added about a thousand subscribers on the week. Among DIY and home channels of a similar size, it was one of the quieter ones. Beamish DIY and Kate_cleanhome had far bigger weeks. For a channel that stays on its free cleanups, an old dig that is still bringing people in fits the story well.
