Rubbing the ears for a puffy morning face: milky's 'Ear Circulation' short
The comment section is one long question about whether it works and how many times a day to do it, with a wince from anyone with new piercings.
Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 190,494 views a day, 6.9 times a normal first day on this channel (27,687).
If your face is puffy and sagging every morning, try this 'Ear Circulation’🤍🥛
Ears, this time. milky, the skincare channel that signs off its about page with "this is not your typical skincare," turned to the sides of the head for her newest short, and in its first 15 hours it passed 150,000 views, about seven times what one of her shorts usually gathers in a whole first day.
The pitch is in the title: if your face is puffy and sagging every morning, try "Ear Circulation." The description calls it a lymphatic drainage routine and promises a depuffed face in three minutes. The tags tie it to a familiar corner of beauty video: Korean skincare, jawline and double chin tips, the at-home facial massage that her retinal and gua sha short from the same week also leans on.
The comments read like a group of people trying it in real time. The most liked question is simply whether it works, and others follow it with the practical one: is it thirty times a day, and is that per spot or for all three? One viewer says it worked after a short wait, another admits to managing about three seconds, and several with fresh ear piercings report that they found out the hard way. Many also use the space to ask for what they want next, mostly budget routines and skincare for teens.
It arrives a few days after "Baseline hacks you need to know," her Vaseline short whose misspelled title became the joke of its own comment section, as we reported here. That one has since come close to 1.7 million views. In between, milky posted rice for clogged pores, a Sephora routine for teens and a Prime Day shopping cart, and her channel has gone past two billion lifetime views.

The numbers
For a channel whose shorts usually open in the tens of thousands, this one started at a very different pace.
