Red seizure notices cover computers, monitors, cameras and lights inside the 's studio. Then YouTuber Eun Hyeon-jang sits in the detained channel chief's chair and stages a parody news broadcast.

South Korea's Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) reports that Eun, who runs the channel Jangsa-ui Sin, posted footage of his visit to the studio for an appraisal of the seized equipment. Garo Sero Research Institute is a South Korean online broadcasting channel, also known as Hover Lab.

Eun imitates its news format before inviting a staff member to work with him if he takes over. The employee, whose face is blurred, responds positively. MBC describes Eun as reportedly holding half of Garo Sero's shares, but the exchange itself is conditional, not an announcement of a completed takeover.

According to the report, the equipment seizure is part of enforcement proceedings brought by lawyer Kim So-yeon to collect unpaid legal fees from Garo Sero chief Kim Se-ui. That debt-collection process is separate from the question of whether Kim should be released from detention while his trial continues.

MBC says Kim has sought bail, citing deteriorating health and the need to handle civil litigation and the seizures. Prosecutors oppose release, the report says, citing risks of reoffending, harm to victims and the leaking of trial documents.

At the time of the report, the court had not decided the bail application, and Kim remained in detention.
