A meat-hungry box, gnomes and a greedy king: ImCade's seven-game week
"It must Feast" passed 300,000 views, and its comments keep comparing it to Feed the Pit and asking for the full game.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
It must Feast
Cade's about page promises silly little games and hoping for the best, and the week delivered exactly that, seven times over. He bowled with illegal upgrades in Big Bowl, ran a chicken empire to a billion in Billion Egg Farm, stuffed gnomes down a hole in Gnomeboozled, minted coins for a demanding king in Coin Maker Simulator and sat under corporate surveillance in The Company Is Watching.
The one that drew the biggest crowd opened the week. "It must Feast" puts Cade in charge of feeding a hungry thing made of flesh, and it has passed 300,000 views. Its comments are a fun mix. Many viewers say it reminds them of Feed the Pit, others notice a pet meat cube with a shape they know from another creator, and a few want Cade back for the full game once it is out. One joke wonders how badly his fantasy football went to land him there.
The freshest uploads are the busiest right now. "A game about dropping logs", a day old, is moving fastest of anything on the channel, with the king's coin factory close behind. Overall the channel ran a little below its usual daily pace, though over the week it still brought in about 3.1 million views. Among let's-play and variety channels of similar size, only KingWoolz Games gathered more, and AstralSpiff was close behind.
