Corporate samurai and a replacement Batman fill IGN Movie Trailers' week

Fifteen uploads also bring Nicolas Cage back as Yuri Orlov and Natalie Portman into an art-world cover-up.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

IGN Movie Trailers posted fifteen uploads, finding room for corporate rebellion, Gotham succession and a gallery exhibition with a very incriminating centerpiece. The channel gained about a thousand subscribers over the week, while its daily views are running comfortably above their usual level.

"Karoshi - Official Trailer" was the most-watched new upload, approaching 400,000 views. Teo Yoo, known for Past Lives, stars in Takashi Doscher's near-future action thriller, produced by John Wick director Chad Stahelski. The trailer puts samurai imagery inside the corporate world of Ikigai Technologies, then turns an umbrella into fighting equipment. It also has by far the strongest daily momentum on the channel. Viewers keep drawing connections to Cyberpunk 2077's Arasaka corporation, with office-life jokes about quarterly statements and an HR ninja team.

Gotham supplied the next substantial audience. "Batman: Knightfall Part 2: Knightquest Exclusive Clip (2026) Mike Prater, Pablo Schreiber" accompanies a story in which Jean-Paul Valley takes up Batman's mantle after Bane leaves Bruce Wayne unable to continue. Pablo Schreiber voices the replacement, whose more violent methods are part of the problem rather than a simple solution.

Elsewhere, Andrew Niccol's Lords of War returns Nicolas Cage to Yuri Orlov, his arms-dealer character from Lord of War. Cathy Yan's The Gallerist gives Natalie Portman's gallery owner a desperate scheme: presenting an accidental corpse as art. The Avengers upload, meanwhile, is a Dunkin' commercial, not another conventional film trailer.

Among nearby film channels, GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO had a particularly strong subscriber week, while NEON's daily viewing was below its usual level. Back at IGN Movie Trailers, the smaller Drag trailer has the third-strongest daily momentum: two sisters attempt a burglary, only for an immobilizing back injury to turn escape into the central logistical problem.
