Pete Zotos points to bullet impacts on the wall of St. Pete's Dancing Marlin. In FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth's report, the restaurant owner describes how close the violence came during Deep Ellum's Halloween celebrations.

Four people were killed and at least 15 injured in three separate shootings early Sunday morning. Reporter Vania Castillo traces the incidents along Elm Street, Main Street and South Crowdus, all within less than two hours and only blocks apart.

"Makes you want to move. But where do you move to?" Zotos says.

The report moves beyond the police promise to find those responsible, which we covered earlier, to questions about the response. Councilwoman Cara Mendelsohn calls for a review, while Police Chief Daniel Comeaux says an elevated police presence had been planned throughout the week. Footage shows crowds, mounted officers and crime-scene investigations.

The upload drew about 110,000 views in its first day, far beyond the station's usual audience for a report of this length. A separate FOX 4 update identifies two of those killed as Kaniesa Scott and Unique Elise Benjamin, citing the Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office.

Castillo also reports on scheduled community listening sessions and a police appeal for public video evidence. Veronica Young of the Deep Ellum Foundation pauses as she describes the impact: "I apologize, I am emotional about this. It hits home."
