SUBSCRIBE FOR 7 YEARS OF GOOD LUCK! 🍀😅 - #dance #funny #couple #shorts
A usual Short from Jasmin and James draws something under two hundred thousand views on its first day. Their ballet trick passed ten million in less than one, and it gives away its own secret as it goes.
In a small insert at the top left, an earlier version of the routine plays with a large "2" over it. A dancer in a black tiered skirt seems to perform a tiny ballerina's footwork. Below it, the camera shows how the illusion works. A man in green crouches under the skirt. Two assistants kneel on either side, holding up cardboard so the dancer can steady herself. The miniature pointe shoes are on her hands.
She taps them to a percussive beat, snaps a fan open and raises her arms, matching the insert move for move. Nobody says a word.
Seeing the two versions side by side has puzzled some viewers in an unexpected way. Several ask whether the couple are twins, or why there seem to be two of each of them.
The couple have done well with reveals before: "BEHIND THE SCENES! #shorts", from April 2025, is still their most watched Short.
This was the biggest of many fast starters from the same day. The others were Halloween costume dances and Shorts carrying this one's title, a good-luck promise with nothing to do with ballet that the channel used on several uploads at once.
