Sarah Barlow's day in court, and £6,000 of crypto debt in Nick's name

Nine uploads went up on the official Coronation Street channel, built around full episodes 11952 to 11955 and a new ITV trailer for Sarah's trial.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

What is coming for Sarah Barlow? The newest ITV trailer on the official Coronation Street channel answers in its title: "NEW PROMO: Sarah Gets Her Day In Court | Coronation Street". It went up on Monday, and within two days it was the channel's fastest-moving video, old or new. The tags point to Gary Windass and Theo Silverton and to a case of murder and self-defense, which gives a fair idea of where the trailer is heading.

The full episodes did the heavy lifting, as they usually do here. Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Monday's editions each drew more than 100,000 views on their first day, and Wednesday's has gone on to around 155,000. Of the clips, the one that traveled furthest came from Thursday's episode: Sam Blakeman admitting he has run up £6,000 of crypto debt in his father Nick's name, a mess the description asks how anyone will get out of. A short about Jodie blackmailing Bethany over Kit followed close behind on pace.

The channel ran slightly above its usual daily level all week and added about 1,000 subscribers. Among talent, reality and game show channels of similar size, it had the third-biggest week for views. Food Club and AdvntrNest drew more, and Um, Actually was running well below its usual pace.
