Limes and nothing else: Bar Rescue's 'Most Clueless Bartenders' from Season 9
A Season 9 compilation of bartenders stumped by the basics passed 100,000 views in six days, with a short about the word 'negroni' alongside it.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Bar Rescue's Most Clueless Bartenders 🙃 Season 9
Bar Rescue's channel tends to run at a steady clip, and it did so again: daily views sat a little above their usual level, carried by two new uploads and a back catalog of Jon Taffer's toughest nights.
The bigger of the two is "Bar Rescue's Most Clueless Bartenders 🙃 Season 9," a compilation of staff who, in the description's words, had no idea what they were doing once the team walked in. It drew more than 40,000 views on its first day and has kept going past 100,000. The comment section has turned into a bartending class. Several viewers point out that an Old Fashioned is the first drink anyone learns, one singles out a Manhattan in the second clip as among the worst mistakes the show has aired, and another remembers a bartender who quietly admitted limes were the only fruit she had. Some come to the staff's defense, too: not every dive bar sends its people to mixology school, and not every bar stocks grenadine.
The second upload, a short asking how many times they can say "negroni," opened more modestly.
Older compilations are still pulling their weight. "Bar Rescue's Most 'Depressing' Pizzas 😭," three weeks old, has passed 600,000 views, and a super compilation of stress tests gone wrong is past 100,000.
Among talent, reality and game show channels close in size, Bar Rescue sits in the middle of the pack for views gained over the week. Food Club and Coronation Street had the biggest weeks in that group, while Canada's Got Talent ran well below its usual pace.

What viewers say
I do appreciate how the mixologists had high standards but didn't pointlessly beat up the bartenders who didn't know any better. People need to be told they are not doing well, but also let them know that they'll get the support they need to get up to par so they can succeed.
@AnalogWolfSee it on YouTubeThe bartender at 9:57 was a sweetheart. You can feel the guilt in her perspective when she admitted limes are the only available fruits.😢
@RegularInvaderSee it on YouTubeThat manhattan in the second clip is maybe the biggest screw up I've seen on this show lmao
