Xal'atath, the Void's newest assassin, keeps Heroes of the Storm talking
The ranged hero who reached the Nexus on September 28 has a spotlight video past 630,000 views, on a channel that posted nothing new.

Heroes of the Storm took a breather from uploading, and the conversation stayed on the hero who arrived at the end of September. Xal'atath, the voice of the Void that World of Warcraft players met through her dagger and then in The War Within, joined the Nexus on September 28 as a new Ranged Assassin.
Her spotlight video, close to four weeks old, is the channel's busiest thing right now and has passed 630,000 views. It sells her honestly: high damage and area control on one side, low survivability and a warning that she is vulnerable on the other. Her reveal trailer, posted the same day and promising that the Void hits the Nexus, follows at about half that pace.
Third in line is a far older friend. Hogger's spotlight, almost six years old, still draws a steady trickle on its way toward a million, with a description that leans on Elwynn Forest jokes and a studded leather belt that early WoW players will remember.
Without a new upload, the channel ran at roughly half its usual daily pace, and subscribers held at 479,000. Most of the publisher channels around it were slower than normal too, from Hearthstone to Blizzard Entertainment's main channel, while Total War kept to its usual brisk rhythm. Heroes gathered the fewest new views of the group over the seven days, which is what a week between heroes looks like for a brawler whose biggest days come with each new arrival.
