NTSB Prelim 21Air 767 Crash MIA 5 Sept 2026
blancolirio crossed 280 million lifetime views this week, and it got there on four videos that each walk through a real aviation event, one careful step at a time.
The most watched is "NTSB Prelim 21Air 767 Crash MIA 5 Sept 2026," Juan Browne's reading of the safety board's preliminary report on the cargo 767 that crashed at Miami in early September. It drew close to 270,000 views in its first day. Its comment section reads like a hangar meeting. Former 767 crew members describe how demanding the approach to Miami's Runway 30 can be, explain what the cockpit warnings in the report usually mean, and argue over how much the wind had to do with it. Several viewers also point out that much of the wider press coverage focused on a single air traffic control detail.
The rest of the week followed the same pattern. One video covers an assault in a flydubai cockpit, and its description adds that the weapon was the crash axe. Another looks at a VNAV "glitch" on a 737 Max 10, and a third reads the NTSB preliminary report on a runway overrun at Porterville, California.
Together they pushed daily views to about twice their usual level. Subscribers grew more slowly. Among nearby aviation and machine channels, Mr Hewes had by far the busiest week, Mentour Now! was also running well ahead of its usual pace, and Massee Media was quieter than normal.
