Minecraft and Skyrim running side by side, and a beat on top, for shonci
The three-day-old short passed 460,000 views, in a week when shonci also turned math equations into hardtekk.

just a few mods… #minecraft #skyrim
What happens when a beatmaker installs "just a few mods"? For shonci, it means Minecraft and Skyrim open at the same time, and somehow talking to each other. The short went up on Wednesday and has already passed 460,000 views, far more than anything else he posted.
The comments are stuck on one question: is it a Skyrim mod for Minecraft or a Minecraft mod for Skyrim? A well-liked reply untangles it (both games running together), and a few viewers who say they never got a Skyrim mod working report that this one was easy. Others are there for the music underneath, and joke that a machine this powerful mostly gets used for making beats.
The beats had their own week. shonci, who calls himself an artist and content creator, sampled math equations and pushed them into hardtekk and hardstyle, first as a short that went past 300,000 views, then as a longer "I sampled math..." breakdown and a finished track, "song: math tekk." There was also a lesson on making a GTA 6 beat, its tags pointing to synthwave and the game's soundtrack talk, and a look at a Roblox take on Rocket League called Blox League.
Eight uploads in all, close to two million views over the seven days, and no channel in his group of electronic producers gained more views this week, Edward Smith and Busy Works Beats included. His subscriber count held steady at 1.18 million.
