A Dappled Forest house, then the road again: Life of a Nomad, Episode 4
PythonMC finished the interior of his poplar-wood home and mapped the land around it, and his viewers are voting on where the nomad builds next.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Finishing Touches & The God Squad! | Minecraft: Life of a Nomad (Episode 4)
PythonMC has given himself a strict set of rules for Life of a Nomad: no coordinates, no farms beyond a small crop patch, Nether trips only through restored ruined portals, and above all no permanent base. Episode 4, the only upload of the week, shows what that last rule costs. He fills his Dappled Forest house with utilities and decorations, maps the surrounding area, and then sets off again.
The series is built on Minecraft 26.3, the Wilderness Bound drop, and the long goal is to explore every biome and structure and build in each major biome before taking on the Ender Dragon. The comment section has turned into a planning meeting. Many viewers vote for a bamboo camp next. Others want something icy: an ice hotel for wandering travelers, a cave home, a frozen castle. A few suggest waiting, since they expect the next update to bring new ice materials. One viewer would like the house rebuilt in his long-running survival world, and another names a llama.
That other world has not gone quiet. His Woodland Mansion Let's Play, now past its 70th episode, is close to finishing its ground floor, and the first Nomad episode keeps drawing new viewers three weeks on.
It was a slower week overall, with views running well under the channel's usual pace and subscribers holding at 455,000. Several Minecraft channels near his size are running below their norm too, FalseSymmetry among them, while Skippy T stays close to his usual pace.

What viewers say
Awesome episode. Bamboo camp, please.
@martinhartecfcSee it on YouTubeMaybe a small ice hotel for all wandering travelers. Also absolutely enjoying this series. It was my choice when you posed the question a little bit ago. Thank you.
@TonyCook001See it on YouTubeYou're back! I'd do the Bamboo one next. And just wait until the next update to build in any ice biomes and build on the mushroom islands next instead.
