After the Caleb Flynn verdict carried Law&Crime Trials through late September, the courtroom channel moved on to a new set of cases, and the newest is from Tennessee.

Matthew Konen, a former paramedic, is on trial accused of killing his wife, Rachel Konen, and her father, David Rodgers. In opening statements, prosecutors said he shot both and gave no medical help. The defense said Rodgers killed Rachel and that Konen made a split-second decision to protect his children. On Saturday, Morgan Konen, whom he married in 2023, testified about how their affair began while they worked together. That clip drew the most attention of the channel's fifteen uploads.

Other trials ran alongside it: the death of a five-year-old girl in which her uncle is accused, with her grandmother testifying, and day twelve of the Florida case against Tony 'TJ' Wiggins, where commenters note how long the sentencing phase has run.

The channel had a slower week than usual, with about seven million views and subscribers holding at a million. Among true crime and court channels of its size, Matthew Cox and Mike Rafi had the biggest weeks.
