Caleb Flynn’s Messages About ‘Killing’ Wife With Mistress Revealed In Court

Law&Crime Trials, the courtroom arm of Dan Abrams' network, posted a new clip from the Caleb Flynn trial on Monday. Its first day ran at roughly ten times the pace a new upload on the channel usually manages.

That is a real leap for a channel that streams trials every weekday morning and posts courtroom clips constantly. The rest of the channel was also running above its normal daily pace, so the Flynn clip did not break out of a quiet day.

The video is testimony from a criminal intelligence analyst about the digital evidence gathered in the investigation into Ashley Flynn's death. According to the description, jurors heard about a vast archive of GroupMe messages between Caleb Flynn and the woman the title calls his mistress. The analyst testified that the messages discussed Caleb leaving Ashley, included references to wanting to kill or get rid of her, and covered deleting WhatsApp and iCloud data. Jurors also saw messages and images from the hours before Ashley's death. They heard that GroupMe and Instagram were deleted from Caleb's phone shortly after 1 a.m. on February 16, 2026.

Viewers are not only watching. The clip has drawn more than a third as many comments as likes, a lot of conversation for a piece of courtroom testimony.
