What happens when a used-car sale ends with court papers Matt says he never received? In "I Got Sued! Here's what Happened...", the High Peak Autos presenter recounts discovering a default County Court Judgment against his business through his accountant.

His account centres on an older luxury V8 whose SRS warning light returned after sale. Matt says the light had been cleared during preparation, and that he subsequently offered repairs. A disagreement over returning the car and refunding the buyer eventually reached small claims court. He says the vehicle has since been collected, the refund paid and the judgment lifted. The video includes a sponsored meal-kit segment.

At roughly 419,000 views, it is the most watched of four new uploads. The discussion beneath it focuses on an important distinction: clearing a warning code versus diagnosing and repairing its underlying cause. Viewers also debate vehicle collection and refund responsibilities, rather than simply the expense of owning an older luxury car.

Elsewhere, Matt returned to more familiar workshop territory. "This Cheap BMW 325i Coupe Deserves to be Saved!" introduces a neglected coupé he wants to bring back up to scratch, while "I Bought A Cheap Lexus IS250!" begins another buy-and-fix project. The Lexus currently attracts the most daily views of any individual upload on the channel. A Toyota Highlander video completes the week's releases.

The Rolls-Royce story we reported here remains active too: both the Phantom purchase and the search for a replacement engine continue gathering views. Overall daily viewing is above its usual level, and the channel added 3,000 subscribers over the week. Its weekly views were the highest among the nearby motoring channels, with Royalty Auto Service recording a very similar total.
