Riley Murdock closes GameLinked's latest bulletin with a working Xbox Series X inside a five-foot animatronic alligator. It is quite a departure from the Zelda reviews that open the show, and the channel has given the reptile its own separate outing.
GameLinked posted three videos this week. The main roundup, "Somehow, They Did It", drew roughly 274,000 views, with most arriving in its first day. Alongside it came "Sony REALLY wants to buy back your old PS5" and "Xbox put a Series X inside a 5-foot alligator". The full episode remains the busiest of the three right now, followed by the Sony upload.
There is more than console eccentricity in Murdock's bulletin. He reports on Steam submission-review delays attributed to AI-generated games, Nintendo cartridge supplier Macronix leaving the ROM business, and Guild Wars getting an expansion called Afterlife. The episode also includes a paid HTC Viverse ad segment.
Among viewers, the Elder Scrolls naming announcement prompts jokes about the long wait, while Guild Wars brings memories of earlier expansions. Others pick apart the value of the console trade-in offers, particularly the extra controller requirement discussed in the comments.
Across the channel, daily views are now more than triple their usual level, although the subscriber count was unchanged over the week. Nearby gaming channels offer a mixed picture: Mortismal Gaming is attracting substantially more daily views than usual, while Nintenduo World is close to its normal pace. For GameLinked, the week's activity is concentrated in this new bulletin and its two console-focused companions.
