Death Mountain singes Link's tunic on IGN Guides
Ocarina of Time fills the upload slate with heat damage, Rupee tips and dungeon boss walkthroughs.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Link's tunic can literally set on fire in Ocarina of Time Remake
The old countdown is gone: enter Death Mountain Crater without the right gear, and Link's tunic catches fire. IGN Guides' most-watched new upload explains that small but consequential change in Ocarina of Time Remake, comparing it with the original game's timer and Breath of the Wild's approach to extreme heat.
There is a useful wrinkle beyond the burning clothes. A recovery heart or another source of healing buys four more seconds before the next damage tick. One viewer picks up on the design choice, discussing how losing health makes the danger feel different from watching a separate countdown.
The clip has reached roughly 9,200 views, the biggest audience among the week's twelve uploads. Zelda supplies much of the practical work around it: complete fights against Gohma inside the Great Deku Tree and Barinade in Lord Jabu-Jabu's Belly, plus a new Rupee-making guide whose description says earning money requires spending some first. Separate uploads introduce IGN's completion wiki and Maxroll's WoW Forever character-building tools.
The heat-damage clip also has the most daily momentum, followed by the wiki introduction and Barinade walkthrough. Across the channel, the week brought about 344,000 views while subscribers stayed unchanged. Today's viewing is less than half the usual daily level, so a busy publishing schedule hasn't translated into an unusually busy audience.
Among nearby gaming channels, IGN Guides' weekly views sit close to MandJTV Extra's. ENDYMIONtv has a substantially larger weekly audience, while HappyConsoleGamer has had a quieter week. For IGN Guides, the clearest point of interest is a very specific Hyrule survival lesson: healing can buy Link time, even when his clothes are already burning.

What viewers say
I find this to be a cool idea, that mixes with the game very naturally. Rather then a timer above your head, you feel the tension by just your health dropping slowly. Similiar to many Underwater Levels in other games, where you need to be constantly aware about your Oxygen meter to not drown
I think this is a cool alteration 👍@normanskyvale_78146See it on YouTube
