A '$200,000 swing' and a comment section measuring the fence for Fuzzy

$200,000 swing 🤯🤯
"$200,000 swing 🤯🤯" is a few seconds of batting practice posted on Fuzzy, a channel of daily baseball clips and highlights. The title puts a price on one long hit, and the comment section has spent two days deciding whether that price is fair.
Most viewers take the figure to mean a college scholarship, and they talk about the swing as a softball swing. From there the thread splits. The most liked reply points out that the pitches are slow and underhand. Others say the ball is thrown from a few feet away, put the fence at about 250 feet (or 220, depending on who is counting) and point to the light "drop 11" bat. A softball player answers that her sport never asked for shorter fields. Some simply admit the swing looked good, a few marvel at the size of the net, and a smaller group asks the channel to stop adding MLB The Show sound effects to its clips.
The short passed 300,000 views in its first day, on a channel where shorts usually open closer to 15,000, and the comments arrived far faster than on a normal first day. It had company. Three other shorts from the same two days, "how do you miss this 😭😭", "is this smart?! 🤔🤔" and "lack of hustle... 🤨", also ran well ahead of a usual start, though none came near the swing.
Fuzzy does more than short clips. Alongside them it posted a longer piece, "The White Sox are the STRANGEST Playoff Team Ever". Its description follows a club that climbed from years at the bottom to what it calls an unbeaten postseason run, and lists the team's supposed lucky charms: wizard celebrations, lucky ice cream and Pope Leo XIV, the Chicago-born pope known as a lifelong Sox fan.
