Padres pitch tipping and a worried look at Ohtani on Fuzzy's MLB recap

A long-form playoff recap went up among fifteen baseball uploads, and a short called 'ROCKET for an arm' drew the most views of the batch.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Fuzzy has passed 1.6 billion total views, and the postseason is giving the baseball clips channel plenty to cut. Fifteen uploads went up over the week, nearly all of them the short, emoji-tagged MLB moments the channel is built on.

The one that stands out is longer. "Padres CHOKED & Were Tipping Pitches? Shohei Ohtani Might Actually be Broken.. (MLB Recap)" walks through a chaotic playoff day: Brewers-Padres, with what the description calls one of the greatest young-player at-bats you will ever see and a ridiculous finish, then a tense late stretch of Braves-Dodgers. It also covers Blake Snell losing the strike zone and Ohtani's recent struggles. Ten hours in, it was gathering views faster than anything else on the channel.

The week's most watched upload is "ROCKET for an arm 😮", which passed 87,000 views. The title never names the thrower, so the comment section filled the gap with comparisons: one viewer reaches back to Johnny Bench's cannon, another is sure someone named Kirk could reach the scoreboard. A short titled "people are not happy about this..." is climbing quickly behind it.

Across the whole channel, daily views are running well above their usual level, and Fuzzy added more views over the past seven days than any of the American sports channels near its size. D1 Kuumo had a big week too, and CBS Sports College Football is running at about double its usual daily pace. The broadcaster channels, ESPN MLB among them, are quieter than usual. Subscribers grew by about a thousand, a modest step next to all that watching.
