Kendall Jenner did most of the heavy lifting. A short built around her skincare routine from Anua, the Korean brand, went up on Monday and passed 14,000 views in about fifteen hours. That is a brisk start for this channel, and well ahead of everything else it posted.
E! Insider is the network's style and shopping corner, and October's Prime Day shaped the whole week. Kyle Richards, of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, turned up as the face of a Laura Geller baked palette she is said to reach for. Dr. Martens got a short billing them as the ultimate fall boot. Celebrity hairstylist Barb Thompson demonstrated a blowout with a Dyson Airwrap. Earlier in the week, stylist Kylee Heath walked through loose waves step by step in a longer tutorial. A side trip into 2003's fashion, a teaser for E!'s "The Greatest Year in Pop Culture," stayed small.
The celebrity shorts drew the crowd, and the product-only ones trailed far behind. Across the channel the pace ran a little below its usual level, and the subscriber count held where it was.
Among fashion and shopping channels of a similar size, Refashioned Hippie is having the big week, drawing millions of views a day. Lily Pebbles is running well above her usual pace, while Amelia Liana and New York Magazine are quieter. For E! Insider, the most useful guest this week was a Jenner.
