A $50 TV stand billed as worth $1,000 heads Woodworking Projects' fourteen uploads

The week's most watched upload was a table the title calls the biggest ever crafted, though one viewer says it isn't the table on the thumbnail.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Fourteen uploads, and a day-old TV stand is the one moving fastest. "I Built A 1000$ TV Stand with 50$ Wood – You Won't Believe The Result!" puts its whole pitch in the title: cheap lumber, an expensive-looking finish. A second new arrival, "I Built An Incredible 2000$ Desk!", plays the same game, and its tags lean toward woodworking projects that sell.

The week's biggest audience still belongs to a table. "Making the Most Beautiful And the Biggest Table I've Ever Crafted!" passed 22,000 views, well ahead of the rest of the batch, which ranged from a chair cut from a discarded trunk to rough panels nobody wanted, a woodturning piece and a resin table. Most of the comments under the big table are simple thank-yous for the craftsmanship. One viewer had a sharper point: the table in the video, they say, is not the one on the thumbnail.

And the flowers? "What Is This Guy Doing with Flowers? What Does It Have to Do with Woodworking?" asks the question in its title and leaves the answer for the video itself.

It was a slower stretch for the channel overall, with daily views running at about a third of their usual level and the subscriber count holding at 785,000. Among similar DIY and home channels, Tia Weston is having the big week. Several others, Play Conveyor and Shirahaha among them, are running below their own usual pace, so Woodworking Projects is far from alone in a quieter October.
