Views jump 63x the channel's usual pace

A $1,000,000 exotic car shopping trip carries The Stable past 250,000 subscribers

Two days after it went up, the newest video has already passed the channel's custom Porsche and its Monterey car meet trip.

Why this story? The whole channel is running at 641,137 views a day, 63 times a normal day (10,172).

Posted on September 30, "I Went $1,000,000 Exotic Car Shopping!" needed two days to become the busiest thing on The Stable. It is already near 900,000 views, and it pulled the whole channel to about sixty times its usual daily pace. On the same day, The Stable crossed 250,000 subscribers.

The channel's about page sets out a simple premise. It is a look at the cars of streamers, entertainers and athletes, told by someone who says plainly that he is not a car expert, only someone who enjoys cars and the stories behind them. The new video fits that run. Its tags lean on the same names and machines as the summer uploads: Stable Ronaldo, the CORE house, Lacy, a Porsche 911 GT3 RS, a Lamborghini and a one-of-one wrap.

What stands out is how fast it overtook the uploads before it. "I MADE A 1 OF 1 $600,000 PORSCHE GT3RS!" went up in August, and so did the 72-hour trip to an exotic car meet in Monterey. Both have had weeks to collect their views. The shopping trip passed them in two days.

Elsewhere among car channels of a similar size, MattieFlips is running close to its normal pace, and most of the others are having a quieter stretch than usual. On The Stable, the price in the title is the one doing the talking.
