Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua's first press conference lands on TheMacLife

The full London presser for their December 11 fight in Cardiff came in a week when Dana White and Darren Till also had plenty to say.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

On a usual day TheMacLife, a clips channel built on press conferences, face-offs and the sharper moments of fight week, draws around 290,000 views. Right now it is running at close to twice that. Most of the lift comes from one upload: the full first press conference for Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua, filmed in London ahead of their December 11 fight in Cardiff.

The two British heavyweights have orbited each other for years. Both are former unified world champions, and a meeting between them has been talked about for most of the past decade. So a room with both of them in it, and a date attached, was always going to find an audience. The full conference passed 300,000 views inside its first day and a half.

Dana White kept turning up too. The week's biggest total belongs to his outburst at a reporter, now near 450,000 views. A second White clip, about Sean Strickland's crash, carries a description saying White still insists he is part of the Fury-Joshua event. Earlier in the week the channel went bare-knuckle: Darren Till and Yoel Romero had their final face-off for Bareknuckle FC, and Till sat down to talk about the idea of banning the oblique kick, which he compares, in the title's words, to religion.

Among the combat channels near its size, Steven Strangles People draws by far the most daily views. Sky Sports Boxing and WWEMusic are running well under their usual pace, which makes TheMacLife's busy stretch stand out a little more.
