Jack Skellington joins Spirit of Cake's monster-filled decorating session

The channel's only new upload turns cakes, cookies and cupcakes into a Halloween assortment, including an Among Us crewmate.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Scary Good Halloween Cake Decorating 🎃👻 Creepy & Creative Cake Ideas

A dome cake gets squiggly white piping and a red syrup glaze before Spirit of Cake moves on to rather friendlier-looking monsters. There is no spoken commentary, just hands frosting, dipping and assembling a procession of edible Halloween characters.

Posted on October 31, "Scary Good Halloween Cake Decorating 🎃👻 Creepy & Creative Cake Ideas" was the channel's sole new upload this week and has reached about 1,400 views. Its range is the attraction: a Jack Skellington face tops dark watercolor buttercream, an orange monster gets green horns, and a doll's cake skirt becomes a backdrop for haunted-house silhouettes. Later, purple-frosted cupcakes join together into a one-eyed pull-apart monster, a party cake that already comes portioned.

Halloween cookies are also keeping the decorating theme busy. The previous week's cookie compilation is currently drawing slightly more daily views than the new cake video, while September's food-inspired cake collection remains among the channel's busiest uploads.

Across the channel, the week brought roughly 84,000 views, with subscribers unchanged. Daily viewing is now well below its usual level. Nearby in the food world, Jack's Dining Room and ahnestkitchen both had substantial weeks and gained subscribers; Spirit of Cake's week was more modest.

There is plenty of detail packed into this smaller release, though: even the rainbow-striped mummy gets candy eyes before its white frosting bandages go on.
