- 4:08Poppy seed cones introduce a sour sabotage made with citric acid.
- 7:19The absinthe cocktail round tests whether a sniff gives away more than a sip.

- 13:56Silver-decorated pancakes bring the final hot-sauce test; the composure gives way at 16:24.
Mike has salt, sourness and absinthe to contend with, and the camera leaves him nowhere to hide. Sorted Food's latest Poker Face puts all four reactions on screen together as Kush, Ben, Mike and Jamie try to identify the secretly sabotaged portion in each round.
"One of These Dishes Is Sabotaged: DON'T REACT | Poker Face" is the most-watched of the week's three uploads, reaching roughly 555,000 views. The menu takes ingredients the team describes as banned or restricted somewhere in the world and gives them playful disguises: haggis becomes spring rolls, while durian goes into mooncakes. The restrictions aren't all about eating, either: the durian round references public transport rules.
Viewers are picking out the four-way split screen, which lets them inspect everyone's expression rather than wait for a camera cut. They're also proposing house rules, including letting the recipient of a sabotaged dish taste the good version after the reveal. A little culinary compensation seems fair.
Away from the guessing game, Chef Ben explored history-changing kitchen inventions in "Chef Tests Kitchen Gadgets That Changed The World". Sunday's "Which Homemade Basics Are Worth The Effort? | Sorted Food" returned to the practical question of whether cooking from scratch improves on supermarket convenience. That newest upload is currently drawing views fastest, while Kush's older Costco comparison also remains active.
The channel added nearly five million views over the week, with subscribers unchanged and daily viewing a little above its usual level. Among nearby food channels, The Plant Slant had a particularly large week, while emmymade's weekly viewing was quieter. Sorted Food's own week found room for both useful kitchen questions and the considerably less useful skill of concealing a mouthful of citric acid.

Love the four way split screen so we get to see all 4 reactions at once. Nice work!
@yiqingtan4079See it on YouTubeI think the victim of each round should be allowed to have a bite of the nice one after the reveal.

i do love the inclusion of the split screen, makes it a lot easier to watch than the constant changing POV
@namara-ashinaSee it on YouTubeI appreciate the new split screen so we can see everyone at the same time!
@MedusaRoxeSee it on YouTubeMike looking into the camera with a tired look on his face after smelling his absinthe drink was priceless 😂
@gumle2003See it on YouTubeNice to see Mike continuing his streak of always getting the extremely salty ones 🤣
@SarsarsSee it on YouTubeGame idea - have +1 dishes (e.g. - 5 dishes for 4 players), with either 1 or 2 sabotaged dishes. If there's 1 sabotaged dish then it's possible that no one gets hit, and if there's two sabotage dishes then it's possible that two people get hit in the same round. Would make the guessing round that much more interesting.
@grifftownincSee it on YouTube2:40 Really like the 4 way cam!
