New Beretta B22 Jaguar 22 LR Pistol Review

Among the gun and military channels near its size, sootch00 is one of the few running a little ahead of its usual daily pace. Cold Steel has more than doubled its normal day and TAOFLEDERMAUS is up too, while Military Arms Channel, The Tank Museum and Skallagrim are all running quieter than usual.

Don Porter's two uploads make a neat pair, both built around one name. The first is a field strip of the Beretta Model 71, the compact .22 that wore the Jaguar name decades ago. The second, a day later, reviews the brand-new B22 Jaguar. The description pitches it as a plinker, a target gun or a first pistol for new shooters, with a 15-round magazine, a threaded barrel and a rail on top. A tag for suppressed .22 hints at what that threaded barrel is for.

The review had the stronger opening, close to 27,000 views in its first day. The older pistol started slowly and then caught up. It is now drawing more daily views than the new one, which makes you wonder whether the review sent people back to see where the name came from.

Behind them, the Osight R red dot review from twelve days earlier has passed 60,000 views and is still adding a steady trickle.
