Things we can learn from the video

- 1:07Storage worked, but the packed Prado lacked a usable table for camp.
- 3:39Ronny demonstrates his own bags' stacking, folding and internal dividers in a promotional segment.
- 7:47The portable power setup uses a fast charger rather than relying on the cigarette socket.
- 9:58Awkward water access leads to an improvised handwashing bottle with a punctured lid.
- 11:18Unpacking raises a choice between keeping the aftermarket flat floor and reinstalling the factory carpet.
Everything fitted. That wasn't quite the same as having everything to hand, as Ronny Dahl discovered while testing his Prado 250 touring setup over nearly two weeks in the Outback.
His only new upload, "Your Gear Fits, But Can You Get to It?", has reached roughly 65,000 views. Storage largely did its job, but Ronny admits he gave it too much attention at the expense of usable cooking space. The Prado's rear-door arrangement earns a particularly pointed assessment, while getting water means improvising with a punctured bottle. A well-packed car is little comfort when a simple handwash becomes a project.
The video also includes promotion of Ronny's own storage bags. Around that demonstration, there's a broader look at keeping a touring fitout removable: rearrangeable luggage, a portable power station and the question of whether to retain an aftermarket flat floor or put the factory carpet back. Viewers bring their own workarounds, including colour-coded meal bags, collapsible crates and a homemade plywood table. Several challenge his suggestion that crates can't fold.
The Prado review is currently his busiest individual upload, with the HiAce-versus-V8-LandCruiser episode and his longer-term Ineos Quartermaster review also adding views. Across the channel, subscribers were unchanged over the week, and daily viewing is below its usual level. Nearby in the off-road and motorsport group, Buttery Films and BleepinJeep are seeing busier-than-usual days.
Ronny's most useful discovery here isn't another place to squeeze something in. It's what needs to remain accessible once the packing is done: water, power and somewhere to put dinner.

What viewers say
We found/made a simple drawer system with colour coded bags, one for breakfast food, one for lunch, one for dinners as the most effective way to keep things organized. Family of 4 + dog, tent camping for 2 weeks.
@gavinhassett479See it on YouTube"Can a crate fold?" yes. Using for years. 25L tactix collapsible crate from bunnings 👍
Just noticed 43L too😊
Here's another tip, foldable crate I use in my shower tent, collapse it stand on and no dirty feet😅@-WondersofCreationSee it on YouTubeNice on Ronny - I made a table out of plywood. With one fold out leg. The other end goes on the fold out Ute try. Custom size and practical to side in and out.

Solution for the water, half screwed off lid to do the same as your stabbed lid. 👍
