Twelve-year-old baseball players take on OpTic, a day after it went up

Ten uploads, from Scump designing his perfect Call of Duty to a ninth round of Truth or Lie, filled the Green Wall's week.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

A day old, and already the busiest video on the channel: "OpTic vs The Best 12 Year Old Baseball Players" swaps controllers for a ball field, and it is drawing views faster than anything else OpTic has posted lately. The young players stay unnamed in the title, which keeps the focus where the joke is, on a famous gaming crew stepping onto someone else's turf.

The rest of the week stayed closer to home. OpTic put up ten videos, and the most watched of them sends Shotzzy, Dashy, Mercules, Huke, Scump and Hecz back to Modern Warfare's Mile High Club, the plane-hijacking epilogue that Call of Duty players have long called one of the series' cruelest missions on Veteran. The title's "AGAIN" admits they have tried this before. It has passed 140,000 views.

Scump, the retired pro whose name is still the one most tied to OpTic, got a video of his own designing the perfect Call of Duty, and it is the second-busiest upload of the moment. Shotzzy tried to guess Nadeshot, the Truth or Lie challenge reached part nine, and a question about the best gamer of all time went up too.

Daily views sit a little below the usual level for the channel. Among the publisher and esports channels nearby, the big weeks belong to VALORANT Champions Tour, Zenless Zone Zero and World of Warcraft, while the Call of Duty League itself is running quieter than usual.
