A standing one-arm rollout is Frank Medrano's one new test
The description promises that almost nobody can do a single clean rep, and rates the move 9.5 out of 10 for difficulty.

STANDING 1 ARM ROLL OUT 💀
More than 370 million lifetime views sit behind Frank Medrano, the Los Angeles calisthenics athlete whose channel mixes food, fitness and, in his own words, having fun. His one new upload is a short built around a single brutal move: a standing ab-wheel rollout, done with one arm.
The description keeps it tight. Full control, no momentum, glutes and core locked, and a difficulty rating of 9.5 out of 10 by his own count. The skull emoji in the title says the rest. Six days in, it has passed 25,000 views and is the busiest thing on the channel.
Behind it, two September shorts are still finding people. "60 Seconds CHALLENGE 👊" asks viewers to race through ten each of pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats and burpees, fifty reps in all, and post their time. It has the most views of the three. The pull-up ladder, from band-assisted reps up to what Medrano calls Beast Mode, rounds out the set with a line about making your own bodyweight feel light.
Among the fitness channels nearest him in size, the busy stretch belongs to Linda Sun, running well above her usual daily pace, with Nick Bare and Men's Health also up. Medrano sits third of the group by subscribers, just behind SarahBethYoga and just ahead of Men's Health.
