'Mr Rizz IRL' reaches a hundred million, and MrBeast never cracks a smile

Two months after it went up, the dance video is still drawing close to a million views a day, and its comments keep coming back to how straight Jimmy Donaldson kept his face.

Why this story? The channel passed the 100,000,000 views mark.

Mr Rizz IRL

"Mr Rizz IRL" has passed 100 million views. It went up on August 2 and has kept a steady pace since, still adding close to a million views a day two months on. On a channel built around island giveaways, survival races and Beast Games, this is something smaller: Jimmy Donaldson doing a dance.

The comments are where the video really lives. The most-liked one comes from a viewer who says the dance took them hours to learn. Others ask how he got through it without laughing. A running joke sets the routine against the channel's own list of good deeds, the deaf people helped to hear and the clean water projects. Another thread reminds him that he is a married man.

It keeps good company among his recent uploads. "I Survived The Most Extreme Places On Earth" from September 5 is even further ahead, and the village he built in "I Built A City To Save Kids From Illegal Labor" is past 84 million. Taken together, the channel is drawing well above its usual daily views. The newest upload, "What's Inside My Briefcase?", is less than a week old.
