Dr. Facilier offers Tiana exactly what she has worked toward: her own restaurant. The catch is the talisman he wants back, and the memory of her father gives her a reason to refuse.

That confrontation makes "Tiana's Final Stand | Princess and the Frog | Official Clip" the most watched of Disney's seven new uploads, with nearly a quarter-million views. Anika Noni Rose voices Tiana opposite Keith David's smooth-talking Shadow Man, whose composure falls apart when his bargain does. Viewers are discussing David's shift into fear, the timing of the spirits' arrival and their wish for more traditional animation.

The rest of the lineup gives Disney's darker characters room to play. "Mickey & Friends \"Haunted House\" | LoFi | Disney" puts Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy in ghostly surroundings, while "Best Disney Evil Villain laughs | Official Compilation" turns familiar childhood menace into a collection of cackles. The latter is currently drawing views fastest, followed by Tiana's confrontation and the haunted-house LoFi. A Moana streaming promo supplies a sunnier interruption.

Disney added about 10,000 subscribers over the week, though its current daily viewing pace is roughly a third below usual. That slower daily rhythm also appears at Pixar and DC; Warner Bros. Entertainment had a larger weekly audience and the same subscriber gain as Disney.

For Tiana, the comments extend beyond the villain's theatrical exit. Viewers are also returning to the distinction she makes about her father: the restaurant was his dream, but love was already part of his life.
