Can you fit through the gap? Browney's skinny test takes off
Two new shorts went up, one about eating protein at cruising altitude and one about squeezing through a narrow space.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
How Much Protein Can You Eat On a Flight?
Browney put up two shorts, and the newer one is the question his viewers seem keenest to answer. "How Skinny Are You?", described simply as a test of whether you can fit through a gap, drew about 150,000 views in its first day and is now gathering them faster than anything else on the channel.
The other upload took the challenge idea onto a plane. "How Much Protein Can You Eat On a Flight?" went up on September 25 and has passed 650,000 views. It fits the line in the channel's about text, which says simply that everything is a challenge.
The older shorts are still doing their part. "Can You Get it on The Bar?", posted about six weeks ago, is close to five million views and keeps drawing well, ahead of the flight video on daily pace even now.
Among fitness channels of a similar size, Browney sits second by subscribers, at about 12.3 million, behind Yoga With Adriene. Jesse James West is the one having the big stretch, running at roughly twice his usual daily views, and THENX is also busier than normal. Browney's own week is smaller and simpler: two questions, each one a test for the viewer.
