Josh Herbert's new amber beacon gets a battery test before it reaches the roof of his Scania. That hands-on workshop business sets the tone for Trucker Tim's most-watched new upload: lights, badges and a trip to plan another round of changes to the 660S V8.
"THERE'S NO GOING BACK… I'M REPAINTING MY SCANIA 660S V8!! " has reached roughly 166,000 views. At Kirk Coachworks, Tim and Harry discuss striping, logo placement and wheel-hub designs, including an old-school Scania graphic. This is a planning visit rather than a finished-paint reveal, and the vlog labels itself as based on real life but dramatised for entertainment.
Josh supplies a second thread, from his Transport Manager CPC binder to a simulator session interrupted by a PC crash. Viewers ask for more appearances from him, while others suggest paint-protection film for the truck or discuss the proposed exhaust-cover artwork.
Tim also has his eye on a white Scania P440 day cab in the Netherlands. The repaint quote matters to that possible purchase, but the seller's message brings another complication: an invoice has already gone to another customer.
The week's other upload, "COLLECTING A NEW VAN ENDS IN FIREWORKS DISASTER! ", is currently attracting views faster than the repaint vlog. October's convoy to Tim's first Irish truck show remains the next-busiest older upload.
Subscribers grew modestly, with about a thousand added over the week, although daily viewing is below its usual level. Among nearby motoring channels, Oakland Auto Detail had a particularly substantial week, while Burlacher was quieter. Tim's weekly viewing was close to salvage rebuilds uk's, with his own uploads focused on the next workshop decisions rather than another finished build.
