Fourteen dive watches, from Squale to Grand Seiko, for any outfit
Teddy Baldassarre's versatile-diver guide passed a quarter of a million views on its first day, while his shopping trip with Sam Sulek nears three million.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Dive Watches that You Can Wear with Anything
The divers won. Teddy Baldassarre's guide to dive watches you can wear with anything drew more than 250,000 views in its first day, and three days in it is the busiest video on the channel. The chapters run like a price ladder: Christopher Ward, Squale, Baltic and Lorier at the start, then Seiko, Longines, Oris and Tudor, and finally Breitling, the Rolex Submariner, Blancpain's Fifty Fathoms, Glashütte Original and a Grand Seiko to close.
The week's other long video took a different road into the hobby. "The Watches of a Factory Worker (Casio, Seiko, Rolex, & More)" is a collector conversation that moves from G-Shocks and a Doxa Sub 200 to a Grand Seiko and more than one Rolex. It has passed a third of a million views. Three shorts filled the gaps: Panerai's eLAB-ID and a dial that makes its own electricity, mechanical watches with no hands, and Jaeger-LeCoultre's Atmos, the clock that winds itself from small changes in room temperature.
The older guest is still pulling too. "Watch Shopping with Sam Sulek," thirteen days old, has the bodybuilder trying Omega, Breitling, Blancpain and Seiko before he makes his decision, and it is close to three million views.
The channel as a whole is running a little below its usual daily pace, much like Nico Leonard, the nearest watch channel among its neighbors. Lydia Elise Millen, by contrast, is having a lively stretch at about double her usual daily views.

The Atmos clock, featured in one of the week's shorts, is made by which Swiss watchmaker?
The Atmos is Jaeger-LeCoultre's famous clock, as the short's own tags say, and it winds itself from changes in temperature.
