There were no new uploads this week, but "Inside the FEAR System - Shades Revealed! - Hermitcraft #25" remains the channel's strongest daily draw. Posted just before the week began, it has reached roughly 413,000 views. Tango starts by adding a tannery and pathways to Graywick, then gets underneath the scenery to explain what will make Decked Out 3 unsettling to play.
Fear is the player's internal struggle; omen represents the Pale Queen's external corruption. Cursed chests, frightening sounds and the floating Shades can increase fear, while cards, shop services and candle shrines offer relief. Accumulate too much and blindness, heartbeat sounds and breathing cues make navigating harder.
The Shades are especially revealing of his approach. Tango places one along a visible roadway as an obstacle players can avoid, rather than hiding it around a corner for a cheap scare. Behind its changing poses sits a circuit with inactive, idle and enraged states. "I'm not good at this game, I'm just really diligent," he says after describing days of testing.
The channel added nearly 300,000 views over the week, with subscribers unchanged. Daily viewing is currently below its usual level, as it also is for fellow Hermitcraft creator impulseSV; nearby Minecraft channel TechyCraft is having a much busier spell. Tango's older trap showcase continues to draw views too, followed by the vampire mansion episode that establishes the entrance to Decked Out 3. Between the mansion and its newly explained machinery, Graywick has both a front door and reasons to hesitate before entering.
