It went up on RetroGamingDays, a channel whose about text is nothing but controller buttons, the PlayStation shapes beside the Xbox letters. That sums up the format. Consoles come out of their boxes, games load, startup screens play.

This one went further than the rest. In its first 18 hours it drew close to 35,000 views, while a new short here usually ends its whole first day near 4,000. Likes arrived about three times faster than usual.

The console has its own history. Microsoft released the Minecraft edition of the One S in 2017, three years after buying Mojang, the Swedish studio behind the game, and dressed the hardware in the game's blocky look.

The comment section is small but specific. One viewer says the console looks really cool in its Minecraft style. Another asks how the channel got the old startup screen, because their own console showed the new logo, and that question has drawn a few replies. Someone else wants the person behind RetroGamingDays to finally let viewers hear their voice.
