Retro Game Corps drew the largest weekly views gain among its nearby tech-channel peers, with three uploads focused on getting more games out of small machines. The channel added subscribers too, though at a slightly gentler pace than across the past month.
The biggest new audience went to "OG Xbox Emulation on Android is REALLY Good Now," which reached about 333,000 views. Russ walks through installing hakuX, setting up controls and drivers, then testing games across several handhelds. Panzer Dragoon Orta and Project Gotham Racing run smoothly at double resolution on his Snapdragon 865 test device. Later, two handhelds connect for Halo local multiplayer using system link: an old living-room ritual in a much smaller package.
That multiplayer demonstration gives viewers plenty to discuss. Several mention portable Halo sessions, while others report trying Fable, SpongeBob and Panzer Dragoon Orta on their own devices. Compatibility is part of the conversation too: one viewer reports that Amped 2 now crashes in menus despite previously working. Russ's enthusiasm comes with practical omissions noted in the guide, including the lack of hotkey options.
"BIG Driver Updates for the Retroid Pocket Duo" is now drawing the most daily views of the three uploads. It revisits the handheld after emulation updates, particularly improvements for 3DS and PS2 games, rather than treating the original review as the final word.
The week's other project, "How to Make an Indie and Retro Game Console," moves to the television with a mini PC, SteamOS and RetroDeck. Russ discloses that the manufacturer supplied the review unit without payment or advance approval. There is also a useful correction in the description for anyone considering the example machine: the AceMagic X3's RAM is soldered on, not user-replaceable.

Some games that played perfectly now crash in menus (amped 2 being an example). But the performance of games that do work is incredible.
