My ENTIRE FUT Champs Experience + Rewards! Road to Glory #13
Seven uploads, and every one of them belongs to the same long march. Craig Douglas, the man behind NepentheZ 2, is deep into his FC 27 Road to Glory, and the series moved from episode 9 to episode 14 in a single week: a tactic he says changed everything, a full Division Rivals run, an offline draft experiment, a pack-opening spree from Ultimate Gauntlet 1 and a guide to finishing it.
The one people watched most was "My ENTIRE FUT Champs Experience + Rewards! Road to Glory #13," now past 94,000 views. It is an hour of every game from his first Champs weekend, with a graphic breakdown of the matches, and it is also unusually personal. Viewers write about the self-doubt he talks through, about his description of fight or flight, and about getting older while still loving a game that rewards fast hands. Several share their own experience with anxiety; one compares him to a father who slowly stopped winning at FIFA. Others stick to football, arguing over Cerci against Aguero and joking that his bench is better than his starters. A few miss the live crash-outs he left out.
The newest episode, #14, on the most meta formation in the game, is already moving faster than anything else on the channel. Overall the week ran close to its usual pace, with about half a million views and a thousand new subscribers.
Among sports and racing game channels of similar size, Bordeaux and MizuRL had the loudest weeks, and Mark Goldbridge more than doubled his usual daily pace. NepentheZ 2 sits mid-table, steady, an episode a day.
