Dumbbells, glutes and a third trimester: MadFit goes pregnancy-friendly
A 20-minute glutes and core session with dumbbells passed 32,000 views in its first half day, eight days after a full-body third trimester class.

this is what proper core engagement looks like in pregnancy!
Three uploads, one theme. Every new video on MadFit this week was built around pregnancy. Maddie Lymburner has spent years filming real-time, at-home workouts, and the titles show her bringing that routine into her own pregnancy.
The newest, "20 MIN GLUTES + CORE STRENGTH WORKOUT | Dumbbells (Pregnancy Friendly)," asks for a pair of dumbbells. The description pairs lower-body strength with intentional core work, with exercises meant to fit a changing body. It went up on September 30 and drew more than 32,000 views in about 12 hours, the quickest start of the week. A short posted the same day carries the line "Pregnancy friendly workouts have NOT been lacking intensity over here," a clear answer to anyone who assumes these sessions are the gentle option.
The longer anchor came a week earlier. "30 MIN THIRD TRIMESTER PREGNANCY WORKOUT | Full Body Exercises" needs no equipment and mixes strength with mobility. It has passed 100,000 views and is still drawing a steady few thousand a day. A shorter clip from September 25 shows what proper core engagement looks like in pregnancy, which works as a kind of footnote to the longer classes.
The subscriber count held steady at 11.7 million, third among the fitness channels nearest MadFit in size. Elsewhere in that group, Jesse James West is drawing roughly twice his usual daily views and THENX is also running above its normal pace. MadFit, meanwhile, is filling a corner of its library that many longtime viewers may soon be looking for.
