Chris Mann brings LiveNOW from FOX's election-security discussion down to a familiar scale: the people working at the polls live in the communities they serve.
"The people who are out there running these polling places... they are our neighbors. They are from our community," the Center for Election Innovation & Research research director tells anchor Carel Lajara. His interview covers election administration, poll workers and legal challenges involving mail-in ballots.
The Election Day broadcast drew about 577,000 views in its first seven hours, already well beyond the channel's usual full-day audience for long broadcasts. Separate results and election-night streams also drew unusually strong starts.
Before Mann's interview, political analyst and historian Rich Rubino lays out the congressional stakes. He describes forecasts favoring a Democratic House takeover and compares the political mood with the 2006 midterms under George W. Bush. Those are pre-result assessments, not election calls.
The broadcast also moves outside the studio. Asher Redd reports from a growing polling-place line in Georgia, while Arianna Bertolotti covers New Hampshire's Sununu-Pappas Senate contest. In New York, live footage shows Bruce Blakeman submitting his ballot and Chuck Schumer casting his vote in Brooklyn.
The channel's subsequent uploads carry the story into results: it reports Associated Press projections that Jon Ossoff won reelection in Georgia and Roy Cooper won North Carolina's Republican-held Senate seat.
