Liam Built a Giant Thomas Wooden Railway—Can We Make It Work?
Nothing new went up on Kids Toys Play, so the Thomas & Friends channel ran on its late-summer layouts, and one of them did most of the work.
It starts with a gift. A young builder put together a big Thomas Wooden Railway for his sister, the family spotted a few mistakes in it, and the video turns the repair into a project: a railyard to sort the rolling stock, new destinations, then the engines sent out to be really useful. The chapters run from a Great Sodor Race to Gordon pulling the express and Toby on a passenger run. Thirty-eight days old, it is still the channel's busiest video by a wide margin, ahead of a three-build compilation that ends with the same young builder at work.
Daily views sat at roughly half their usual level, and about a thousand subscribers joined over the week. Several neighbors in children's entertainment, Rock 'N Learn and Kids Academy among them, are running below their usual pace too. Among the similar channels with a full week to compare, only A for Adley Shorts added more views.
Further back on the shelf, a Sky High Bridge test is still sending every motorized engine the family owns off the jump, from the racing legends to the 80th anniversary trains.

The family's rebuilt layout stages a Great Sodor Race. Sodor is the fictional island where Thomas lives. It sits in the sea between England and which other island?
In the Rev. W. Awdry's Railway Series stories, Sodor lies in the Irish Sea between the Cumbrian coast of England and the Isle of Man.
