PEEVE, a triple E and a Color Swap Wordle that tripped up Kenny Haller
His October 3 puzzle passed 1.2 million views, and its comment section turned into a dictionary of words that almost were.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
i really messed up this time... Color Swap Daily Wordle Word Game Challenge 10/3
Kenny Haller plays a Wordle every day, then twists it: no vowels one day, the colors swapped the next, half the board covered after that. Fifteen uploads went up over the week, and the one he titled "i really messed up this time... Color Swap Daily Wordle Word Game Challenge 10/3" ran away from the rest, passing 1.2 million views and still drawing more each day than anything newer on the channel.
The answer was PEEVE, and a triple E is a cruel thing to hide behind swapped colors. Viewers spent the comments replaying their own guesses: several tried PEEPE first, one landed on a word they admit they had never heard of, and a couple of bird lovers stepped in to explain that "peent" is a real sound, the call of the male American woodcock. Others argued that his early mistake hardly mattered, since the grays would have sorted themselves out anyway. The most liked reply simply corrects his estimate of how many people play along: far more than four.
The rest of the week kept the format rolling, from "Wordle With NO VOWELS?" on October 1 to a Spin Zone board game against Megan and a Tungle word hunt with Tyresenope. The newest Covered Wordle, from October 7, made a quick start.
The channel ran below its usual daily pace and added about 4,000 subscribers. Even so, among the let's-play and variety channels near its size, none gathered more views over the week, with VortroxTwo the closest behind.

the only anagram for color is crool which would have the C and second O in the right spots, so safe to assume orange = gray there.
@FoulOneSee it on YouTubeThat’s true, seeing all that orange and not winning you would’ve automatically known what orange was.
@Itz_PersephoneSee it on YouTubeI don't think it would've really mattered at the beginning, like you would've easily deduced the greys anyway
@Huxemp9573See it on YouTubeI love your vids bro I lowk started playing wordle because of you❤️
@Rysonbolander-v7dSee it on YouTubeThe triple E was absolutely diabolical. I came so close to not solving it due to that.
