Birth-year cartoons and first-letter consoles carry JBIN CLIPS YT past 650,000

No new quiz has gone up since the cartoon one on October 5, yet subscribers keep arriving at around 13,000 a day, while most clips channels near its size are running well under their usual pace.

Why this story? The channel went from 502,000 to 654,000 subscribers this week.

Still growing, and quickly. JBIN CLIPS YT has added 152,000 subscribers over the past seven days, leaving the channel close to a third bigger than it was a week ago.

The formula has not changed. Each short hands the viewer a small verdict based on something personal: the year you were born picks your favorite cartoon or your American football team, and the first letter of your name picks your pet or your video game console. The second console short, posted on September 29, is still the engine. It has passed 2.6 million views, far beyond anything else the channel has posted lately.

The newest upload is the cartoon quiz from October 5, already well ahead of the football and pet versions from the week before. The one detour, a how-to for a butter squishy made without wax, sits closer to the pet short.

Daily views are running close to the channel's usual. Several clips channels of almost the same size, such as Vexon, Shiba Diva and zigzzzshorts, are running at well under half their usual pace, while Vellero is roughly where it normally is.

No new short since October 5, and still the subscribers come: a sign of how long a single "pick your letter" game can keep working.
