Get Fit Fast puts silent burpees in a full-body circuit
The week's only new upload uses an animated trainer for a home routine that moves from standing knee raises to floor exercises.

Things we can learn from the video
Press to jump
- 0:10Side-to-front knee raises open the timed routine before static lunges and bird dogs.
- 3:29Push-ups combine with side planks, followed by running planks.
- 6:48The silent burpee variation removes jumping from the movement.
- 10:06Heel glute bridges begin a floor-based stretch that continues through twisting and long-arm crunches.
- 13:25Elbow up-and-down planks form the final exercise before the workout-complete card.
The trainer isn't a person, and the burpees come without the jump. Get Fit Fast's only new upload, "Build Strength. Burn Fat. Change Your Physique", uses a CGI demonstrator and timed intervals to guide a full-body home workout.
Across roughly 14 minutes, standing knee raises give way to static lunges, bird dogs and a push-up-to-side-plank combination. The jump-free "Silent Burpees" arrive midway through; later, heel glute bridges and crunch variations take the routine back to the floor. A voiceover calls the exercises, counts down the remaining seconds and announces the rests, leaving little chatter between movements.
The upload has collected about 4,000 views, a modest arrival on a channel whose older workouts account for much more of the viewing. "Build Your Core & Get Abs With This Simple Workout", posted a month ago, currently draws the most daily views among the videos carrying momentum, followed by "Your 6 Pack Is Hiding Under Belly Fat". The new full-body circuit sits behind both.
Get Fit Fast added subscribers over the week, although daily viewing is currently a little below its usual pace. Among nearby fitness channels, Paulina Roquett had the largest weekly viewing total, while Jeremy Miller is enjoying above-usual daily traffic. Get Fit Fast's own week brought roughly 760,000 views across its catalog, with a new circuit extending the selection beyond the core-focused routines drawing attention.
