She only listens to the boy with glasses 😂

Elie the hallway cat introduces herself in one line: she likes to flirt with cute boys with glasses. Nine uploads this week kept faith with that premise, and the one that went furthest states it most plainly. "She only listens to the boy with glasses 😂" passed a quarter of a million views in five days, and it is still the busiest thing on the channel.

Under it, viewers have worked out the rules of the house. Many point out that Elie will only let the boyfriend they call Italian put her little vest on, and that she seems to save her best behavior for him. Others simply note, in several different ways, that she has a type. A few spare a thought for her Meowmy, who apparently does not get the same treatment.

The follow-ups kept the joke going. "She likes to misbehave in front of the boys" picked up nearly as quickly two days later, and "No glasses? Ewww Byee 💨💃😂" has the bluntest title of the lot. A wink clip from earlier in the week has mostly settled down.

As a whole, the channel ran well above its usual daily pace and added more than a million views over seven days, while the subscriber count stayed at an even half million. Among pet channels of similar size, Catzooka and Tail Talks had the busiest weeks, and most of the others ran a little below their normal rhythm. Elie, holding out for glasses, was one of the few running ahead of hers.
