Andrew Kwong flags a shoulder slip on the chest press
His correction has drawn an unusually large audience, but several viewers are still trying to spot the difference.
Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 138,218 views a day, 7.7 times a normal first day on this channel (17,952).
Stop Doing This on the Chest Press!
Andrew Kwong has given viewers a small movement to look for, and the replies suggest it is not equally obvious to everyone. Under his chest-press Short, some identify the shoulders moving forward or upward; others say the two versions look almost the same.
The DeltaBolic creator spells out the distinction in the description: avoid rolling the shoulders forward as you press, and instead keep them back with the chest up. It is a compact correction, centered on position rather than adding weight or changing exercises.
The Short drew roughly 138,000 views in its first day, compared with about 18,000 for a usual Short on his channel. Comments also arrived at more than three times the usual first-day pace. Their main subject is the demonstration itself: which movement is being corrected, and how to recognize it. One viewer picks out the chest lifting from the bench while questioning whether that is always wrong.
Kwong also has a second unusually fast-starting upload, "DO THESE to Build Bigger Forearms." That one offers a more explicit exercise menu: behind-the-back wrist curls, wrist extensions and reverse curls, each aimed at a different part of the forearm.

@FS-all-daySee it on YouTubeI see the difference. The chest comes up from the bench in the bottom. I don’t think that’s always wrong. Depends on what you’re working on
